Shipping Policy

All our prints are made to order so production times may vary

Shipping within Australia

Fine Art Prints - Unframed 

  • Standard shipping is free. Please allow 10 - 12 business days to receive your order (this includes production time).
  • Express shipping is $15. Please allow 7 business days to receive your order (this includes production time).

Fine Art Prints - Framed 

  • Standard shipping is free. Please allow at 15 - 17 business days to receive your order (this includes production time).
  • Express shipping is $15. Please allow 12 business days to receive your order (this includes production time).

Shipping Internationally

Fine Art Prints - Unframed and Framed

  • We use a variety of international shipping partners and shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at check out. If you have any questions about where we ship and our partners, please contact us to discuss.

Packaging & Condition

  • Unframed prints: shipped flat with protective sleeves and rigid backing, or rolled in a tube for larger sizes.
  • Framed works: corner-protected, bubble-wrapped, and boxed.
  • We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in exhibition-ready condition.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International)

  • Orders shipped outside Australia may incur import duties, VAT, or taxes (tariffs) charged by your local customs office.
  • These fees are not included in our prices/shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • If a package is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes, the cost of original shipping, return shipping, and any customs fees will be deducted from any refund.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Enter your full, accurate address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us within 2 business days of ordering and we’ll try to update it before dispatch.
  • We’re not responsible for deliveries to addresses provided incorrectly.
  • PO Boxes: Some carriers cannot deliver framed/oversized items to PO Boxes—please provide a street address.

Tracking & Signature

  • Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
  • For high-value artworks, we may require a signature on delivery. If this is an issue, contact us before shipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Delayed: Please allow the full estimated window. If the status hasn’t updated for 21+ days (domestic) or 28+ days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate.
  • Lost: We’ll coordinate with the carrier. If deemed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.
  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Split Shipments

Orders with mixed items (e.g., framed + unframed) may ship separately to protect the work and speed delivery. You’ll receive multiple tracking emails if this occurs.

Pre-Orders & Exhibition Releases

For pre-order or release items, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your full order will ship once all items are ready, unless split shipping is chosen (additional fees may apply).

Cancellations & Edits

  • We can usually cancel or edit an order within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Because prints are made to order, cancellations after production has begun may incur a production fee or be ineligible for cancellation.
  • Please review our Returns/Refund Policy for details on eligibility.

Digital Deliveries (Portraits & Headshots)

  • You’ll receive a link to a secure online gallery with your edited images.
  • Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days after you share your selections (express available).
  • Download formats: High-res (print) and web-optimized files.
